Holland & Barrett, Robert Dyas, Ryman and Boux Avenue to use Fourth’s workforce management technology – Retail Times

Fourth, the world’s leading provider of software for the retail and hospitality industries, today announced partnerships with two of the UK’s leading retail brands in Holland & Barrett and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group (TPRG) – which includes popular brands Robert Dyas, Ryman and Boux Avenue.

This partnership will see Fourth’s cutting-edge workforce management technology implemented in more than 1,000 stores across the UK for nearly 10,000 employees of Holland & Barrett and TPRG. In 2022, Fourth will apply its portfolio of technologies to help streamline and modernize businesses, including: Fourth Engage, MySchedules, and Fourth’s enhanced productivity tools. This fully integrated system will help both companies manage the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding, planning, paying, hiring and ultimately retention of their employees.

Fourth has helped thousands of hospitality and retail businesses improve their workforce management capabilities, providing seamless contact between employee and employer throughout pandemic and helping companies implement transparent leave and pay protocols. It is from this technology and expertise that Holland & Barrett and TPRG will benefit for their respective companies for the foreseeable future.
