Conceived by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, the structure offers 135 accommodations and 52 parking spaces. Available on NYC Housing Connect, 41 units for residents are between 80 and 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), with eligible income ranging from $41,315 to $187,330.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, bike lockers, fitness center, tenant lounge, package room, communal laundry room, concierge, and rooftop terrace with barbecue grills and sundeck. Units are equipped with stainless steel appliances, white oak hardwood floors, quartz countertops, washers and dryers, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

At 80% of the AMI, there are eight studios with a monthly rent of $1,119 for incomes ranging from $41,315 to $85,440; 16 T1 with a monthly rent of $1,421 for income ranging from $52,080 to $96,080; and ten two-bedroom units with a monthly rent of $1,702 for incomes ranging from $62,812 to $115,280.

At 130% of the AMI, there is a studio with a monthly rent of $2,621 for income ranging from $89,863 to $138,840; four T1s with a monthly rent of $2,800 for incomes ranging from $96,000 to $156,130; and two T2 with a monthly rent of $3,344 for income ranging from $114,652 to $187,330.

Prospective tenants must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Nominations should be postmarked or submitted online no later than January 3, 2023.
