Family owned and operated, Vito Mazza Salon & Spa has been serving the Woodbridge community for over 55 years; an opening at the end of 2022 is planned.
Vito Mazza Salon & Spa offers, among other services, hair design and coloring, massages, manicures, pedicures and makeup application. Its Hair & Scalp Wellness offering, which will have a separate entrance at Avenue & Green, helps men and women combat thinning hair and medical hair loss; Vito Mazza is one of the few salons in the country to offer these services.

Vito Mazza’s 3,600 square foot lease marks the third retail engagement at Avenue & Green, where LeGrand Coffee House and UPS store will open this spring. Approximately two-thirds of the 10,500 square foot commercial street-level component of the development is reserved, and negotiations are underway for the remaining space.

This latest retail announcement coincides with Avenue & Green’s residential leases breaking the 95% mark. Opened last fall, the highly-appointed, transit-focused rental community sits next to Woodbridge Station at the corner of Rahway Avenue and Green Street.
